Marketing Specialist

Thermaco designs and builds smarter grease-management systems that keep commercial kitchens flowing and communities cleaner. As our Marketing Specialist, you transform strategy into motion—owning the day-to-day engine that powers two global brands, Big Dipper® and Trapzilla®.
A day in the life

Drive the content calendar—social, blog, email, and case studies.

Ship demand-gen campaigns and product-launch toolkits that sales can’t live without.

Orchestrate trade-show logistics end-to-end and keep vendors on schedule and on budget.

Tweak webpages (WordPress), tighten SEO, and QA every user flow before it goes live.

Track KPIs, distill the signal, and recommend the next test or double-down.
Must-haves
-
2–5 years of B2B marketing experience (industrial or technical is a plus).

Fluency in CRM, ERP, and basic design tools (HubSpot, WordPress, and Canva; bonus for Adobe CC).

Working knowledge of Google Ads, basic SEO, and campaign measurement.

You plan, build, and ship—fast—without waiting for perfection.

Able to lift ~30 lbs of trade-show gear and travel up to 25% domestically.
