Marketing Manager

A Day in the Life of a Marketing Manager:

  • Design and lead the launch plans for new products. 

  • Develop creative and media campaigns. Coordinate outside agencies and freelancers to execute them.

  • Translate product technical details into benefits for the user. Follow and analyze market trends to position products.

  • Produce relevant content for audiences and implement in various digital and traditional media forms.

That means helping to execute marketing strategies for both Big Dipper & Trapzilla brands.  These marketing efforts will impact customers and communities by increasing product knowledge with these audiences and strengthening their connection to the brands. A Day in the Life of a Marketing Associate:

  • Execute the marketing launch plans for new products. 

  • Produce relevant content for audiences and implement in various digital and traditional media forms.

  • Gather feedback from audiences via surveys and interviews to determine brand and product perceptions and to identify opportunities.

  • Build and nurture relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

Business Development Specialist

A Day in the Life of a Business Development Specialist:

  • Find and build strategic relationships within target markets

  • Communicate through email, outbound phone calls (cold calling), webinar, or travel for in-person training

  • Seek answers to customer questions and communicate back to the customer

  • Research and understand local government codes within a market

  • Collaborate with other departments as needed

Product Design Engineer

 As  an engineer at Thermaco, you’re part of a small, autonomous team making big things happen. That means spending your day designing and implementing new products, testing and improving existing ideas, and failing fast to find the best path to success. You set the vision and move quickly to solve problems for the customer.

 

A Day in the Life of a Thermaco Product Design Engineer:

  • Create product designs using 3D CAD modeling

  • Work with various suppliers and certifying agencies to ensure design, quality, and standards are met

  • Evaluate materials and parts for use in new designs

 

Do you have:

  • A strong work ethic, comfortable working alone or in a team environment

  • Ability to solve practical problems with numerous variables/constraints

  • Mechanical engineering or engineering related field background

 

Bonus:

  • Working knowledge of plastic molding and sheet metal fabrication

  • Experience with Autodesk
